The Inner Circle

International Women’s Community | Live Online | In English

Who taught you that being a good woman means putting yourself last?

Some of the rules we live by are rules we never consciously chose.

You may be capable and someone everyone can rely on. But have you ever wondered why your own needs so often come last? What if the answer isn’t better time management — but questioning the expectations you’ve been living by?

Welcome to The Inner Circle, a small, guided women’s community where we explore the beliefs behind our choices, discover new perspectives and create space for ourselves without guilt.

Live Online · English · 90 Minutes · Small Group · €40 per Gathering

One meaningful conversation. One new perspective. One rule you may be ready to question.

The Inner Circle by FoxFusion — an international women's community. Make space for yourself and what comes next: a warm, reflective online gathering for women, monthly, in English, with Beáta Molnár

Have you ever caught yourself thinking…

“If I don’t do it, who will?”

You automatically take responsibility, even when you’re already carrying too much.

“I should be able to manage everything.”

Asking for help feels uncomfortable, and anything less than perfect can feel like failure.

“I can’t let people down.”

Saying no brings guilt, even when saying yes means ignoring your own needs.

“I’ll make time for myself when everything else is done.”

But somehow, everything else is never done.

These aren’t necessarily conscious decisions. Sometimes they’re expectations we absorbed years ago, without ever stopping to ask whether they still serve us.

And here’s the empowering part:

You can question a rule you never consciously chose.

This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding yourself.

We don’t start with advice on being more productive. We become curious about what lies underneath.

  • Why does resting sometimes feel selfish?
  • Why can setting a simple boundary feel so difficult?
  • And whose expectations are we actually trying to meet?

Not to judge or blame — but to recognize that what we learned is not necessarily what we have to keep living.

Awareness opens the door. Choice allows us to walk through it.

More than a conversation. A space for meaningful discoveries.

Each gathering is a live, facilitated small-group experience around one meaningful theme.

  1. 01.

    Arrive and reconnect

We begin with a short grounding or mindfulness exercise to step away from everyday demands and become more present.

  2. 02.

    Look beneath the surface

Through carefully chosen questions, we explore a familiar pattern or belief and what might be influencing it.

  3. 03.

    Discover new perspectives

In a respectful, supportive group, we share reflections, listen to one another and discover perspectives we may not have considered alone.

  4. 04.

    Take one insight with you

We close with a personal reflection: What have I recognized, and what might I choose differently?

You don’t need to change your whole life in one evening. Sometimes recognizing one invisible rule is a meaningful beginning.

Meet Beáta

I’m Beáta Molnár. After more than twenty years in the corporate world, including leadership roles, I know what it means to carry responsibility and keep everything moving.

In my work with women, I often see the same thing: someone arrives wanting better time management, and we discover something deeper — the feeling that she must always be there for others, or the quiet fear that choosing herself means disappointing someone.

I created The Inner Circle to bring this kind of reflection into a shared experience. I look forward to welcoming you.

The Unwritten Rules We Live By

Every gathering opens a new conversation within three main themes:

Self-Worth & Expectations

Where did we learn that being good means always being available — and what happens when our worth depends on how much we do for others?

Perfectionism & Responsibility

What are we afraid might happen if we stop trying to get everything right, or stop carrying everything ourselves?

Boundaries & Conscious Choices

Why can saying no feel so difficult — and how can awareness help us choose with intention instead of repeating old patterns?

These are examples of the conversations we may explore, not a fixed programme or curriculum.

Sometimes, another woman’s story helps us understand our own.

Women from different countries often discover that the expectations they carry are surprisingly similar — and hearing how another woman sees a familiar situation can offer the very perspective we’ve been missing. No comparing, no unsolicited advice: just listening, reflecting and remembering that your own needs matter too.

You don’t have to figure everything out alone.

Before You Join

Do I need any previous experience?

Not at all. You don’t need to know anything about personal development, mindfulness or coaching. Just bring your curiosity and willingness to reflect.

Do I have to share personal experiences?

No. You’re always free to decide how much you would like to share. Listening and reflecting are meaningful ways to participate too.

Is this a lecture or webinar?

No. The Inner Circle is interactive and facilitated. Rather than listening to a presentation, you’ll be invited to explore questions, reflect and connect with other women.

Is this psychotherapy or counselling?

No. This is a facilitated personal-development and self-awareness experience. It is not psychotherapy, counselling or medical treatment and does not replace professional mental health support.

Will conversations be confidential?

We ask all participants to respect one another’s privacy, avoid sharing others’ personal stories outside the circle and refrain from recording sessions. While we establish clear group agreements, confidentiality among participants cannot be absolutely assured.

Do I have to attend every month?

No. You can express interest and decide which future gathering you’d like to attend. There is no automatic commitment to ongoing sessions.

What if I’m in a different time zone?

Our community is international. We’ll announce each gathering in Budapest time (CET/CEST) so that you can easily check whether the timing works for you.

Can I ask a question before joining?

Absolutely. You can contact Beáta directly at mbeata.coaching@gmail.com.

Maybe This Is the Conversation You’ve Been Looking For.

Join the interest list and I’ll personally share details of the next gathering, including the date, time and how to reserve your place.

There’s no payment or commitment at this stage.

Preferred session time (optional)

No payment now. We’ll contact you about the next gathering, and you can decide whether it’s right for you.

Legal notice: the individual and group sessions, coaching processes and PSYCH-K® facilitation presented on this website are self-awareness and personal development activities.
