Your name, e-mail address, the service and format you choose, and the short message you voluntarily provide. Please do not include health data or any other special-category personal data in your message.

We keep your data until the inquiry is closed or until you withdraw your consent. If we start working together, you will receive separate information about further data processing.

The data you submit through the inquiry form is stored in the secure, access-protected database of the website's hosting provider (Lovable Cloud); only Beáta Molnár has access to it. We do not pass your contact details (name, e-mail, message) to third parties, and we do not send newsletters. Advertising measurement is covered in section 8.

Questions you ask in the “Any questions?” feature are processed by an AI service that answers solely based on the information published on this website. The conversation is not stored on the site and is deleted when you close or refresh the page. Please do not include your name, e-mail address, health data or any other special-category personal data in your questions. The legal basis for processing your question is your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by using the feature.
